To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

 


If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon opening the package and include clear photos of the damage.

We’ll reproduce and ship the affected parts at no extra cost to you.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

 


 

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 


If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason—no justification needed.


The item must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In original packaging with all tags attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

 


 

 

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

 


The following items are not eligible for return or cancellation:

• Perishable goods or regularly delivered items (e.g., milk delivery)

• Sealed audio, video, or software once opened

• Digital content once streaming/download has begun (with your consent)

• Travel or event tickets, hotel/car bookings for specific dates

• Urgent repair or maintenance services

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
